Is Martha Stewart counting on a Kerry pardon ordered by Hillary?

"While it's a long shot, Martha believes that if John Kerry is elected President, he could pardon her.
"Martha has believed all along she's been the victim of a government witch hunt," said the insider.
"A big part of her strategy is to keep the appeals going for more than a year and hope Kerry's elected.
"She thinks by the time he's in the White House, the heat will be off her case and there's a strong possibility she'll be able to negotiate a pardon -- with a Democratic President who will be reversing a lot of Republican policies.
"Martha has already enlisted her friend Hillary Clinton to her cause and may even show up at the Democratic Convention to do behind-the- scenes lobbying."
