Anncorrigible.. It was a debate where John O'Neill started out good but fumbled by the end. From what little I saw recently, it appeared that he was not even aware of "Geneva Conventions" which is what Kerry was pointing out in that debate where some US soldiers were committing atrocities in direct contravention to GC. Peddle this stuff elsewhere.
