Baird, I have been looking at PGEN, and I was reading the 424B4 as well. They mentioned there twice about a huge writeoff of approx 31 million dollars for the acquisition of Mercator for the fourth quarter ending 9/97. Considering that there is not much cash in the bank this worrys me a bit and I am reluctant to buy in because of that. Please have a look over and let me know if that is your interpretation as well. WY
