I guess, better get a copy of Barron's to see what it says. The stock will go down on Monday. No question about it. By how much, who knows. I have owned stocks in the past that had negative coverage in Barron's and they went down from small amount to just being killed. The process took couple of days to months. It all depends on how accurate the allegations are. If the company has some legitimate business and financials, eventually they recover from this type of coverage.

So is there any substance to what is stated in Barron's ? Seems like the only way, OSICOM can overcome the negative image would be to get some well-known and respected industry players on their board and their management.
