You can go to
www.TellAnAmericanToVote.com
to send a short e-mail message to your American friends and colleagues. The message will explain how the Americans can register to vote. If you know, say, three Americans, and can get them all to vote, it is like having three votes yourself. Furthermore you can tell other people about this website as well, since they may also know Americans. Remember, George Bush was elected by only 537 votes, and the overseas absentee ballots ultimately decide the election. You can help change the world. " electoral-vote.com
