Edwards is smart, energetic, empathetic and a savvy politician. I think Kerry chose Edwards
for all those reasons. Unfortunately, Kerry isn't a very good speaker, but I'm sure he knows
that by now. After watching the Democratic convention, I thought Kerry came across as
a serious and seasoned politician who looked presidential. And Kerry also came across as
a nice guy.

I believe Edwards could play a significant role in a Kerry Presidency because Kerry seems
willing to share the spotlight with Edwards at this time. From what I've read about former
presidents, they don't like to share the spotlight with their vice president so Kerry
is unique in this way.

A vote for Kerry is also a vote for Edwards. I think you should keep that in mind.
