I2: I also thought it somewhat odd that Brinker seemed rather
unfazed vis a vis growing evidence of bull market enthusiasm
run amok.

As to volatility, Brinker did spend some little time on the media's
apparent obsession with point rises and falls to the exclusion of a
focus on percentage moves. As Brinker noted, a mere 12 point
fall from DJIA 800 is the percentage equivalent of a seemingly
more precipitous 120 point drop from DJIA 8000.

In any case, in spite of increasingly common anectdotal horror
stories recounting dunderheads who would borrow on their homes
or credit cards for the sake of stock market speculations, Brinker
remains a rock solid bull. Perhaps, better said, Brinker's timing
model remains rock solid bullish, or so it would appear.
