<<<For the majority of the masses, it's difficult enough to decide who can provide strong and stable leadership. To have to swallow another story is just too dificult.>>>
I beg to differ. Politicians are elected to be leaders, not followers. They are elected to represent the will of the people, and to work toward the goals set for them by those who voted them into office.
The Democrats have had the perfect weapon to bring down the Bush Crime Family for going on 3 years, but have universally rolled over like whipped curs begging to have their bellies scratched. While the media has a near strangle hold on this Country, there are still those with the ability to insure their voices are heard, yet they have remained silent. The ignorance of the people is the end result of that silence. To date not one single person has been prosecuted for the murder of 3000 American citizens, and not one single person has been held accountable for the parts they played in enabling 9/11 to proceed.
The Bush appointed 9/11 Commission has been allowed to censor, distort and falsify evidence, unchecked, unchallenged and without a single voice raised against their methods and results. The Commission has been allowed to push an agenda which includes a concept outside their authority, which is no one is to be held to accountable, and no one is to face the consequences of their actions or inactions.
IMO, the concept, "Thar's nothin' we could do.", is ludicrous. The reason those persons, in those positions, are there is for the sole purpose of doing something when something needs to be done. While I might tend to agree waiting until the eleventh hour to take a stand would create confusion, they were beaten the second they chose to lay down. The shear cowardice involved is perhaps the most disgusting aspect of 9/11.
Kerry's only attraction is providing an alternative to Bush, otherwise it's about like changing seats on the Titanic. |
