The difference is Bush is doing certain things cause he has no choice, having inherited a Recession, a bubble burst, a national calamity and radical corporate fraud all in his first 18 mos. in office. The fact that he and his administration have apparently made the right decisions and steered this nation out of potentially more serious problems sets him apart from Kerry who would adopt BIG BROTHER govt. cause thats what he believes in. jdn
