Beauty!

A couple of minor changes for now and the tougher changes can be later.

1. Change the "Upgrade" links to go to "subscribe.aspx" and have subscribe.aspx redirect to deadend.

2. Show the Upgrade links only on levels >=20

3. Make a "featurelist.aspx" and have it redirect to deadend for now. Later I'll convert it to have a data-driven table showing which features are available at which levels ala iHub.

Most or all of my work today will be involved with the handling of different userlevels. Yesterday I put into production the revised version that displays ads to non-premiums and I'm currently working on the post-limiting part which should hit production in the next half hour or so.

I'm starting to reconsider cross-posting. It wouldn't be easy because of messageid being an identity field on this side of the world, but it may be a worthwhile fight. The reason being that aside from the fact that posts written on Dev are temporary, it really is ready for as many people to use as who want to use it as their main platform. And I'd really like to see a lot more traffic on it so we can be sure we've got inefficiencies fixed before flipping the switch.

So... When I get tired of working on the premium/non-premium stuff for the day, I'll have a look at cross-posting and see if I want to even attempt making it happen.
