Ralph, you write: From now on you Americans should mind you own business and stop trying to McDonaldize the world/ Who is this addressed to on this thread? Is there somebody on this thread you think is MacDonaldizing the world? There must be some reason you're on this thread and I'm assuming its investment-related, not to opine on how great Vancouver is, how terrible Washington must be, how bad Americans are, etc? I wonder if you could cool it and we could all get back to discussing investment.
