Al-Qaida suspect arrested in Hafizabad (Updated at 1640 PST) GUJRANWALA: Police and agencies have arrested a South African in Hafizabad near Gujranwala for suspected links with Al-Qaida. Juma Ibrahim 26, was arrived in Hafizabad from Islamabad and was arrested under suspicion, police sources said. A letter of the UN-registered refugee was found from him with expiry date of Dec. 30, 2004, along with other documents during the search. Agencies have taken him to an unspecified place for interrogation
