I added six pics to the Ta Ly NNBM Well portfolio also... ofoto.com The project is going very smoothly now. We did get started on the school yesterday, I will have some photos of that project tomorrow. Hung told me today that we have developed an excellent reputation with the government, and that is is probably time to approach the Vietnamese Embassy about getting formal NGO status......I will test the waters a bit before we move right ahead. Hung says the Vietnamese Red Cross filed a formal complaint against Care to Help with the Provincial Government. Basically, they were complaining that we were doing work that they should be doing and that we should just donate all funds to them and quit drilling wells.....The Provincial Government took our side! They said we were much more effective.... yeah.
