I do not necessarily believe in "Bullish percent", Put/Call, etc. I try to keep it simple - stay with the trend, use a few simple indicators, keep stops. I do not try to pick market turns based upon complex calculations. I wait for the market to turn and then try to stay on the right side of the mountain.

Oversold markets can stay oversold and vice versa. Of course, buying semi's here is not a bad idea, because they are washed out and at MOB support. However if you buy, make sure you have your stops in place in case they keep on tanking.

I do not see evidence of market turn for the bull side yet.
