Yes, I agree with you..... that is why we need to have the opportunity to review the supporting documents on kerry's Silver Star. If it is a fact, that kerry chased down a VC after his weapon was lowered and he fled and was cowering as he tried to hide and killed him.... it was an execution and kerry should have been tried in a courts-martial under the Articles of War. the supporting documents and analysis of such will determining if their examination was faulty.
