Afraid I have to disagree with you on this.

I won't go back to the exact quote (its there in the interview). I will give you my take:

"Powell said that the key to negotiation was to let the other side leave the table with a sense of accomplishment (can't remember exactly what word he used here) AS WELL as you having that same sense."

Truer words have never been spoken.
