I believe Kerry will win Florida this time. It is important to note that Jeb Bush's plan to scrub 40,000 mainly black voters off the rolls was halted by the Miami Herald's investigation. It is also important to nite that many Cuban-Americans dont like Bush's hardline stance toward Cuba which does not allow them to visit their families over there. Third, there are a million extra Hispanics in Florida since 2000 and they tend to vote about 65% democrat. Plus Edwards in north Florida could make a difference.
