Semiconductors and SCE have different analysts and different growth forecasts. Semi has been consistently calling for -2% next year. A while back they even said they felt the stocks at then current (higher than now) prices discounted the "low beta cycle" they saw developing, and implied you could buy the stocks for the 20067 upturn. It was their SCE forecast that is for 15-20% down, I believe.
