Excellent thinking Mike -- if you want Bush elected. But if things keep going the way they are going, Bush won't need to do this. The only way Bush loses is if the economy deteriorates suddenly (IMO, unlikely between now and the election...the deterioration will come in 05), or if Iraq worsens appreciably.
