ron some time ago i wrote to the company in regards to how the loan with Sagaponack was treated it had me confused. It still does they did not respond. Yesterday i tred to do a quick look at the SEC trying ot determine exactly what was going on. so far all that has stuck is the fact that 50 percent of profits must be returned to Sagaponack until the loan of 7 million is paid. The payments i know are 250K per quarter. Latter today I will go through this carefully as i find i am thinking with the debt load plsu interest the stock might just not perform for a few years. This is much back tracking to find the exact picture. sec.gov
