until the supporting statements are released the only thing you know for sure is that kerry killed the vc. he has stated that he didn't shoot him in the back though. however, even that is questionable until the supporting documents are released.

so the questions still remains.... did kerry execute a vc as he was down, wounded by a 50 caliber round and was cowering?
