Synchronize Administrator password
and
use a strong password

The Administrator account is not the best account to use on a day to day basis but I think you will find that you can synchronize the passwords to accomplish access. I don't print this way myself so I can't say for sure that it will allow you to print, but I think it will, I normally use the admin account to gain access to the default share (C$) of another machine.

It is a good idea to use a strong password (8 or more characters which include both numbers and punctuation) on all default accounts like Administrator or Guest. If you want to transfer all of your settings to a new account you can google a program called Profile Copy, it is made by a company called Twelve Ghosts 12ghosts.com
