It seems to me that if Kerry is clean then there is nothing to worry about the private investigation.

I haven't seen any evidence that Kerry is worried about any investigations. The thing which Kerry has to fear most is the dirty tricks which junior/Rove are so well known for. That's proven by them engaging in such underhanded tactics as their "push polls", they decide what they want the poll to end up saying and then they keep at it until it appears to prove whatever it is they decided to prove.

The evidence that junior is worried about investigations is evident by the way he makes everything a secret. Where are the guard records which would show what the guard did while and after junior was missing for all those months. There had to be something at sometime done about this. It's AWOL just like junior was.

Quite frankly if I lost my ability to fly jets and had to sit around doing nothing on drill weekends because I have an "obligation" to serve weekend detention sessions, I'd be less than motivated to go to drill.

Your excuses for junior's desertion are getting weaker and weaker.
