Bandar didn't like his promise publicized so he cancelled it I guess. Highest prices in history now. And Bush-Cheney the big oil moguls do nothing. Their friends are all getting fat and we're all paying for it. What ever happened to windfall profits taxes? We need them now. WHat's good for Houston is bad for the rest of us. Always has been.
