The turn is never believed. Whenever The Bottom arrives the majority will disbelieve. Think of all lows - when was the last time Joe 6-Pack or Yamamoto-San ever said, "Yup Backup the truck I need to get me some of these cheap stocks". Japan has bottomed! Look at non bank/ non construction sectors. They are all at 5 yr highs. Nissan / Toyota and others. -macavity
