Chuca, I didn't read that article. No one knows what the hell Riley is doing with all the signing agreements with this company and that company. Then not going ahead with them....

For example, does anyone know what happened to this one??

BMA, ITL and Riley Sign Prospecting Agreement With Archon

BMA MINING CORP. ("BMA-V")

ITL CAPITAL CORP. ("ICL-V")

RILEY RESOURCES LTD. ("RYR-V;RYRCF-L")

ARCHON MINERALS LTD. ("ACS-V;AHNMF-L")

- BMA, ITL and Riley Sign Prospecting Agreement With Archon

Donald Huston, President and Director of BMA Mining Corporation, and William A. Trimble, President and Director of ITL Capital Corporation and Riley Resources, are pleased to announce the signing of a Prospecting Agreement with Archon Minerals Ltd. The Prospecting Agreement includes an exploration commitment for the companies' DC Property, located in the Lac de Charloit region of the MacKenzie Mining District of the Northwest Territories.

Under the terms of the one year agreement, Archon president, Dr. Stewart Blusson will implement a comprehensive review of all exploration work completed to date on the 91 claim property. Follow up work will include a detailed airborne survey of the DC Claims, utilizing a helicopter-mounted probe magnetometer system.

The work program will be funded by Archon and is expected to commence shortly. Archon will have the right to earn a 25% interest in all kimberlite occurrences that it discovers on the CJ property. Airborne targets defined by Dr. Blusson's innovative geophysical technique will be tested with a portable drilling rig to confirm their identity as potentially diamond-bearing kimberlites.
