Jim, this is the last news release Riley had, nothing since. I think its time they let their shareholders know what is going on. BTW, on the El Trejo, in the agreement with Prior, they have until 1999 to do any work there. Cash is the problem, I presume....... August 11, 1997 Minor Property Transaction ARCHON MINERALS LIMITED ("ACS") ITL CAPITAL CORPORATION ("ICL") RILEY RESOURCE LTD. ("RYR") - Minor Property Transaction The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement dated June 9, 1997 pursuant to which ITL Capital Corporation and Riley Resource Ltd. (the 'companies') have granted Archon Minerals Limited ('Archon') the right to prospect on 41 mineral claims located in the MacKenzie Mining District, Northwest Territories, Canada for a period of one year. In the event that Archon locates a kimberlite occurrence during the term of the agreement, the Companies will transfer a 25% undivided interest in and to those mineral claims within a radius of 1 kilometer of the centre of the kimberlite occurrence.
