I'll be filing it in the near future. I believe that, in the interest of these claims it would be better, until the federal complaint is filed, a copy of which, as I promised, will be posted here immediately after its filing, I should refrain from any further public statements. I hope those who are following these developments will understand. And, gives you a chance to more completely enjoy the summer before the Fall begins.
