Mario Cuomo will be at the Republican convention as an analyst next month. Some of you here may not know him, or of one of the most stirring speeches in modern political history he delivered July, 16 1984 to the Democratic National Convention in San Francisco.

It was 20 years ago, but when you read it, if you will, it may ring like he delivered it today, to George Bush instead of Ronald Reagan. I admire him large.
If you read it I think you will then know the man.
