Could you please clarify. Do you mean it has bottomed or is at a high? I'm trying to understand this. I think Japan bottomed October 2002. I started building a position through 2002. The P/E for EWJ, the tracker stock, at 17.72, isn't cheap. Do you have data for the forward P/E?
