The last flurry of activity here was mid-June. Along with others, Wilder commented:

"Oh, that's right, the $100m April PIPE. Brilliant. Amazing, stock still above offer price of $7".

Now it's below offer price (@ $6.50) and seems a compelling value. Per share amounts at June 30 are:

Cash $5.16
Sh equity $5.00
market cap $6.50
anl loss (2X1H) $0.72
anl rev (2X1H) $0.59

Price to book = 1.3
Tech value = $41.7 mm
