"We have applied to list our shares for trading on the American Stock Exchange, but cannot be certain that we will receive approval."

No sales -- NONE -- despite boasting for 4 years they have an "FDA approved" device.

Very thinly traded -- most days no shares trade at all.

And the price is sinking, slow and steady, even after its recent useless spate of investor presentations.

The few millions they raised recently still leaves their tiny staff at less than half of what it was a few years ago. You've got an R&D company with no money for R or D. What it has does not work well enough for anyone to buy; and it has only 11 employees and a dwindling handful of $millions remaining to try to make it better. After 4 years of no sales, it's prospects stink.

AND YOU THINK THEY'RE GOING TO GET ON AMEX? OR THAT GETTING ON AMEX MEANS ANYTHING?

Unbelievable.

This company is as nowhere as it gets. It's too lame to be a scam, which is too bad for investors. At least scams can temporarily puff up shares before they disappear for good.
