Aero Marine Announces Share Consolidation 8/4/2004 7:04:00 PM

RONKONKOMA, N.Y., Aug 4, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aero Marine Engine Inc. (ARMR) announced a consolidation of the shares of the company on a 100 - 1 basis. The effective date for this transaction was July 30th, 2004. There are now 541,349 shares outstanding.

With this consolidation and relocation of the offices complete the company is now in a position to move forward with its business model for the full development of the company's technologies. New negotiations are now beginning for several acquisitions which will complement the company goals.
