I had some shares of this company when they first opened, but sold and broke about even after A.G. Edwards took their comissions. Before I bought in, A.G. Edwards told me that it looked real good stating that the whole cassino was paid for. I don't know if this is good news or bad news, but it seems that the machines themselvs in the Double Eagle are extremely tight. I base this on my experience gambling in there as well as talk on the streets from the locals in Cripple Creek. The Double Eagle also appears to be one of the few cassinos in Cripple crek that dress their cocktail waitresses somewhat scantely. I have some friend that work at the Double Eagle. The employees seem real optimistic about the place. Just to clear up some incorrect information I saw posted (Ski season is a SLOW time for the cassinos) Cripple Creek is not on any ski routes and the curvy roads reduce the number of people making the trip. If I hear of anything I will post it. I live close to Cripple Creek and visit regularly. Check out SLOT (the Colorado Grand Cassino which I also own none of) just a few doors down. Good Luck.
