i expect lots of kids steal for cigs. It was usually your biggest loss in grocery stores hence they ended up behind the cash registers. we also have a black market in cigs and buy them on the internet.

never said nic was not addicting where did that statement come from.. what i said was addicts would steal to support their habit. do you live in the city or burbs and read about all the break ins , shootings. it not because drugs are illegal it is because these addicts are trying to get money for a fix. They eventually get so far out they cannot support a job , family etc and turn to crime.

take out the risk, increase crime, increase addicts as more drugs available and cheaper?
