CO is the central office for your telephone exchange. I do not know where that is. There is some place on the internet that that can be determined. But the nearest institutional-looking Illinois Bell building is probably it. Greater than 3 miles you need a booster. But I doubt you can have many boosters on one line. Cable or satellite.
