I said in that first post it was pure speculation, then you run off and take it as fact. I don't know what he did. I'm just guessing. He could have been reviewing OERs of other officer's or enlisted members for all I know. It doesn't really matter what he did. In the eyes of the unit HE WAS THERE AND EARNED CREDIT FOR BEING THERE. HE WAS NOT A NON-LOCATEE, AWOL, A DESERTER OR ANY OTHER SUCH NONSENSE. The record is crystal clear on that. He WAS THERE and was available for any duty the 147th had for him.
