One thing everyone may be overlooking is the likelihood that proceeds from the secondary will be used for another acquisition.

I would guess this is JPM's strategy for continued rapid growth. Wouldn't that change the whole earnings picture, and perhaps for the better if it is a smart acquisition? Does anyone know what the filing says is the stated reason for the secondary, ie. reduction of debt, general corporate purposes, etc.?
