Tim and Monique- Lets try to find a solution- I think Tim and you have embarked on the right track- if both of you co-ordinate and we get hold of Chuck we will be able to put some thing in concrete to the committee in four to five weeks. I would appreciate your help.

The objective is to restrict our activity to annual opprtunities which are few but directional in nature, an ordinary investor does not even get a feel of them for example appreciation of currencies where we know that reversal is on cards, interest rates direction, opportunities of a definitive turn around in foreign markets like Neekei FTSE CAC DAX, now we do talk about these every day in and out on this thread but these opportunities are not available to an ordinary investor- it is this in mind that I will like to help- a directional trade once in a month and that's it- but I think we don't need to get bogged down we need to move forward- not a bad progress in 24 hours to have commitments of three time the members what we had in our minds plus three reports on the sensitivities and legal aspects.

I think if we look at fund from a diversification of our normal run of mill kind of activity the purpose is well understood, otherwise we all can and will make better decisions for our own account- it is the coverage of arbitrage or bonds reversal or impending break in a markets or IPO's or other unique opportunities where we will go in and out- more on a pattern of 'hedge funds'.

Had it been that we were not discussing the far reaching implications and nature of global capital markets the idea of club would be superflous. I thought that we need to have some instrument and if we can estalish something water tight within parameters of governing law lets do it-

This is in itself a education that we are being made aware of how Investment Clubs are formed. I think for opportunities within US markets we will do well but swing trading like we have witnessed in few days and coming weeks will present ample opportunities to trade both side of the market- one cavaet for novice traders is that they get fully 'whipsaw' if thet try to play these reversals and take-offs from supports. I think that atleast even for me a try to provide an out;let is better than harping daily exploits of great trades- I would rather see every one benfits with a full analysis of risk- rewards involved. Nothing comes easy- but success of aperson is to try and succeed. I will request you and Tim with Chuck if something can be worked out, its worth that little effort we all will put.
