Hey Joh, You said it perfectly!!! You have my trading style in this kind of market. But, you know it goes against what is usually written about covered call writing. Very little is written about aggressive tactics. The fact is, CCers can do much better in up/down markets cranking out double and triple dipper CC months. VVUS had been going down for the past month and I'm on my triple play! Now, that the VVUS price is starting to rise (and my net cost basis is lower) I stand to make more money in the same length of time otherwise! It just seems that CCing still pays extra income.
