Kerry could help himself by releasing all of his military records including fitness reports and medical records...Or could he? Another reason [apart from the fact that such a suit would never, ever fly from a legal standpoint] why the Dems' legal grumbling about the SwiftVets will never result in a lawsuit. If sued the TV stations and SwiftVets could subpoena the Kerry records. The question about Kerry's records will be asked and asked. If he doesn't allow them to be released, the speculation will hurt him.
