There's a lot of safety measures we could take to make our lives safer and more comfortable. Did you know that tires have been developed that don't puncture? Why not require them on all cars? Then, we'll have fewer accidents/deaths and fewer people killed on the side of the road changing a tire.

Like I said, terrorism is way down on the list of causes of death in America. There's no way it should be given such a high priority if we really want to do something to make America safer and save people's lives. Sure we should try to confront it and prevent it, but why ignore other things that cause threats to our existence? It's the psychological factor that terrorism causes on society that makes it such a high priority. Also, terrorism is a great way for government agencies to ensure their budgets for the forseeable future. Like, who's going to want to fund a highway safety commission to ensure Americans are safe from the problems of flat tires?
