That 1,000,000 is a specific Bin Laden propaganda number. Remember that UN program of oil for humanitarian aid and food? The scam that the UN ran for that would certainly be responsible for deaths in hospitals due to lack of medicine. I don't believe Bin Laden's number for even half a second.
