Not sure, but I do know that around 120 people a day die in car accidents. That's 43,800 deaths per year. Some of those accidents are undoubtably caused by flat tires. And people who die on the side of the road while changing a tire or being accousted while changing a tire, might not be included in those statistics. The point is, we have a problem that causes deaths in our society, that can be fixed, why aren't we doing anything about? $200 Billion for the War on Terror, how much for highway safety that accounts for 43,800 deaths per year? The threat of dying of terrorism is way overblown.
