Micron chases NAND share

<<Aug 05, 2004 (Electronics News - ABIX via COMTEX) -- US-based company, Micron Technology, plans to enter the computer memory market. It wants to enter the Not And (NAND) Flash memory market which is the fastest growing part of the memory market. Some industry analysts feel that the electronic logic gate, NAND, will replace Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) as the process driver for the sector. Micron will have its first NAND Flash solution available before the end of 2000.>>
