How can that be, if I may ask ? I believe you have promiscuity and safe sex in mind when you do that. They all have been thrown to winds especially in Africa (and surely elsewhere) people openly admit they don't want to use condom in face of the high probability that they will get AIDS. How about blood transfusions, drug addicts sharing needles etc. ?
