If i were a vet who belonged to uw's 8 million man club, i would be pissed at kerry too for what he did after the war. I might even be tempted to rewrite what he did during. I have said often that he might not have been a great officer and maybe he shot oxes and a young vc guy. Kerry wasnt alone in that. Search and destory means just that. As i understand it many villages were burned and many farm animals killed in what were considered vc villages. But now it is charged that the village kerry burned to the ground was friendly and that kerry got rice in his butt not a bullet. Pathetic arguments by wronged vets--wronged by their own govt policymakers, not just JFK2. mike
