Ok tell me, no iffs, buts, or provisos, how much can Osama hope to reduce personal liberties in the US? And don't tell me none, because if he really put an effort into it, he could bring about conditions to highly reduce personal liberties for a while. Of course that would also mean he'd have to give up a big chunk of his followers while trying. On the other hand, as far as bang for the buck goes, Bush has done a great job for him. And unlike Osama's, Bush's reductions are more likely to last a long time.
