I'm always reading about government.

My father, who served on a submarine in WWII, and was a fairly powerful man in the California Government, clued me in one day.

"If a politician and a businessperson are golfing. And the businessperson says ' I'll bet you $5000 I can hole in one this hole.' is that a bribe?"

You look at it from who gains and how do you limit their power. I'm a Jeffersonian Libertarian. I believe in less government to a point. But there are some things we need. Universal education. I've reluctantly come to the conclusion that only the government can maintain the roads. And I've come to the reluctant conclusion that we need health care VOUCHERS.

But I'm also an artist against government funds to the arts. Not to many of my art buddies like that opinion.
