how much is the percentage of the 1099 income reported quarterly and how much is the percentage of the "non-reported" (thus evading tax !) cash income, to the total reported tax receipts ? are we talking about a big portion of under report, unreport, income here ? or these types are not big enough to make much difference ? the growth possibilities are nothing but a projection, "hope" if you will. Until it is a reality, it is difficult to quantity.
